The Lake Erie Islands Nature and Wildlife Center along with the Lake Erie Islands Conservancy, are again hosting our traditional Holiday Bazaar, but this year we’re making it longer! The Bazaar will be over two days-December 6 and 7, 2024 during the inter-island basketball tournament. Our hours will be 4-7 on Friday, December 6 and 9-4 on Saturday December 7 at the Put-in-Bay Town Hall. The visiting families will be using the town hall for meals so it’ll be a perfect opportunity to get started on holiday shopping for them and give everyone more time to shop for unique island gifts! We will have LEINWC apparel, honey, books, and more available for purchase! Five varieties of grape jellies from the Duff Vineyard will be available for sale in a special jelly tasting flight made by Dr Carmen Trisler and presented in an attractive wooden tray. The  special taster trays of jelly will be $50 each and all proceeds and 100% of the $50 goes to the Duff Vineyard Capital Campaign-to purchase the Duff Vineyard. This and lots of other great holiday gift ideas will be for sale at the Holiday Bazaar! So far Backyard Bite, LEI Browns Backers, My Great Aunt Ethel’s, Put-in-Bay Brownies, LEIC, LEINWC, and PIBTPD have reserved tables.

We have the Lake Erie Islands Historical Society and their Resale Shop open during Bazaar hours as well!
